What are the opening hours of the reception ? Low season : 10am - 12am and 2pm - 6pm // High season : 9am - 12am and 2pm - pm
When is the entrance gate open ? From 7am to 10.30pm

What should I do if I must arrive when the reception is closed ? You must contact us, in order for us to tell you how to reach your pithc/rental.
How far is the village and its shops ? 1.5km
How far is the beach from the campsite ? 200m
What is the nearest train station ? Aix-les-Bains at 25km

Is there a supermarket next to the campsite ? On the campsite, you can book bread and croissants (in high season) and buy ice creams and cold drinks. The village of Lescheraines and its shops is located at 5 minutes and you will find a supermarket in Le Châtelard, at 15 minutes by car.
Where is the nearest cash dispenser ? In Lescheraines, at 10 minutes by foot.

Pitches, electricity and bathrooms

How big is a camping pitch ? Around 80 m²
What plug do I need for the electricity ? The european blue plug.
Is water available on all of the pitches ? No, please think to ask for it when you book.
Are barbecues allowed on the pitches ? Yes, and there are also collective barbecues on the leisure park.
Is there shade on the pitches ? Yes, on 60% of them
Are the pitches marked off ? Yes
How many bathrooms are there on the campsite ? 3
How many vehicles can I park on my pitch ? One vehicle per pitch. The outside parking is free.

Facilities and entertainment

Is the beach supervised ? Yes from 1pm to 7pm in july and august
Is there a playground for children ? Yes
Is there a laundry on the campsite ? Yes, an automatic laundry wish washing machines and a dryer

Can I access to Internet on the campsite ? Yes, but it is a low-speed connection.

Can I rent fridges ? No, but you can put your ice blocks at the reception (0.50€ per day)

Can I rent bicycles at the campsite ? Canoës ? No
Do you rent TVs ? No

Can I fish here ? Do I need a fishing licence ? Yes ! Fishing is allowed here : 3 lakes + the Chéran river. Sale of fishing licence (day/holiday/season) Savoy at the tobacco shop in Lescheraines of the tourism information office in Le Chatelard.

Rentals and pets

If I have booked a chalet/mobil-home/cottage, do you ask for a deposit ? Yes 150€
In the rentals, are the sheets provided ? No, but you can book them.
Is the dishes provided ? Yes

Is there a TV in the rentals ? No, but you can find a TV room in front of the reception.
How does my departure take place ? In rental : check-out between 9am and 10am. Camping : you must leave your pitch before 12am.
Do you accept pets on the campsite ? And in the rentals ? We accept pets under conditions. Only one pet per rental, two maximum on a pithc. You must keep them on a lead and the vaccination must be up to date. You will have to pay a fee per day and per animal. Dogs from category 1 are sctrictly forbidden.
